Andrew Hewson is a founding director of Johnson & Alcock, and has been involved with the agency for over 50 years.

Originally in theatre management, he started as the assistant to John Johnson in 1969. He subsequently acquired the John Johnson Agency, which he ran with his late wife Margaret. The agency merged with Michael Alcock Management in 2003 to form Johnson & Alcock.

Andrew’s many clients include award-winning novelists, biographers, historians, poets and playwrights. He is not actively looking for new authors.
