Lottie Delamain is a garden designer and writer, who previously worked in textile design focussing on fashion and homewares, a breadth of interests that inspire many of her original ideas. Since graduating in Garden Design with Distinction at the Inchbald School of Design, Lottie has worked on gardens around the UK, from small urban spaces to historic estates and commercial developments.

In 2022, Lottie completed her first show garden at RHS Chelsea, ‘A Textile Garden for Fashion Revolution’ which was made up entirely of plants that can be used as dye or fibre, an attempt to foster more curiosity about where our clothes come from. She was awarded a Silver Gilt medal and since then has been featured widely in the press, and regularly writes for House & Garden.

Lottie is a trustee of We Are Grow, a charity working with schools and communities delivering programmes in sustainable food growing and outdoor learning. She is passionate about connecting people to the natural world, using gardens and plants to tell stories.
