Henry Wilson was a photographer, artist and writer and an expert on Indian aesthetic culture and design.  Since his first book Benares was published by Thames & Hudson in 1985, his photographs have appeared in The World of Interiors, Architectural Digest and other magazines, and in books, most recently India Contemporary and Pattern and Ornament in the Arts of India.  His drawings of motifs from Indian architecture inspired Osborne & Little to commission the Sariskar Collection of wallpapers from him.
